Forms & Façades
— Minimalist residential, Bodakdev
Less is more, but only if the less is very good. Forms & Façades builds interiors on the principle that the quality of a space comes from material selection and proportion, not decoration. The work is quiet. It will still look good in thirty years.
The portfolio is almost entirely residential — apartments, row houses, and two bungalows. The aesthetic is Japanese-Scandinavian: pale timbers, concrete textures, minimal hardware, considered light. They resist trend. This makes them the right choice for buyers who intend to live in a space for a decade or longer.
Fees from ₹900/sq.ft. Project timeline typically 8–12 months for a full apartment. Three designers in the studio; the principals handle client meetings directly.
