The only coworking space in Ahmedabad with a 200 sq.ft meditation room, a standing bar with ergonomic mats, and a morning yoga class included in the monthly membership. Either you're the target audience or you're not.

Flow launched in 2024 targeting remote workers who'd spent the pandemic discovering that their bodies needed more than a chair. The design is Bali-meets-Bodakdev: natural light, plants that are actually alive, warm-toned wood and rattan where other spaces use plastic.

The yoga class runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7am. The meditation room books up by 10am daily. The internet is solid. The community of members skews wellness-entrepreneurial, which means the conversations in the kitchen are either fascinating or exhausting depending on your mood.
